We would stay here again when visiting Bangkok. This hotel is modern, it offers GOOD services and has amazingly nice stuff. The atmosphere of the property is quiet.

We were there for 2 nights and felt would stay here again. The service was good throughout our stay. Also, it had a free parking available...
Didn't like the area, it was quite loud.

Poor facilities, Staff is not good, you pay money for nothing, only one small towel in Bath, no shampo, no lotion, hot water in bath is not sufficient, you've to ask many times to get anything you need, no breakfast, only nescafa is available, if you need tea you've to ask two days before?, sure its bad experience, I didn't think to stay in that hostel, by the way, you could find another and good hostel nearby that, with good staff, breakfast and more comfort with slightly high price, I'll go there in the coming visit. I advice others not to stay in this hostel.

Located near the sukhumvit area. Nice owner, hotel is especially for budget travellers. Room was clean and had airconditioning and a fridge. Close to the metro and easy accessible. Next to construction area, so do expect noise.

Guest House is small but room facilities is good. The people is helpful, friendly and have good services manner, The location is convenient for travelling by skytrain.
During my stay they didn't make room daily although I didn't put any refuse signal at the door. The hotel is quite far from downtown and the location atmostphere's quite quiet.

Proximity to MRT, street food, Japan Town. The staff were helpful. Surprisingly the room was very clean and full of family pictures of the owner.

We stayed twice for four and one night respectively .the room at the top floor for three was spacious and clean with separate sink and kitchenette. The owner of the guesthouse was very friendly and helpful. It is located close to skytrain station, eating joints ,convenience store and one can reach most of the important sightseeing places , shopping malls and bazaars within 30/45 minutes from the guest house through public transport. A good breakfast is provided at a reasonable cost. For unwinding , it also has a small bar in the ground floor.
For physically challenged and senior citizens the guest house is not convenient as there is no lift and the staircases are steep and narrow.the kitchenette does not have any utensils or gas burner/micro oven. Hotel bill had to be settled in cash as there was no arrangement of payment through credit card..

Owner Max is a very welcoming host and the location close to a BTS station is very convenient. The room was clean and great value for money. Free internet access in the bar.
The stairs to the rooms may not suit older guests and could be tricky if you've had a few too many drinks. Also there is construction work close by but this does appear to be nearing completion

The location is fantastic, with the hotel being close to both the Skytrain and a metro station. It is situated on a quiet side street, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are well-equipped, with amenities such as a safe, flat-screen TV, and air conditioner. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The staff could improve their customer service skills, as some guests experienced a lack of warmth and politeness.
